Three More Games Coming To EA Access Vault
« on: July 06, 2016, 09:00:32 PM »

EA recently announced that three more games are coming to EA Access Vault, subscribers on Xbox One will get two more titles on July 12. Another will be added on August 30. Sometime next week Unravel and Need For Speed will be free with an EA Access Membership. Also coming on August 30 is Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2.

Additionally, EA has announced early play time windows for three sports games. The Madden NFL 17 first play trial begins on August 18. On September 8, members can take to the ice early with NHL 17. Finally, on September 22, FIFA 17 opens up for EA Access subscribers.

If you’re one of those people who are looking forward to Battlefield 1, early play starts on October 13. For those that don’t know EA Access is $5 each month or at a discounted $30 per year, and it’s available on Xbox One. A separate program called Origin Access, is available for PC players. Origin Access is very similar to EA Access but it’s only for PC and the other is for Xbox One.

Need for Speed is one of the worst versions of the series. They really messed up with mechanics. Still, it's a fairly simple 1,800+ gamerscore. But once Prestige Mode unlocks you will absolutely despise the game. The final update that added Prestige Mode has one of the hardest, if not the hardest, achievements in any racing game. You know there's an issue when the first person to get the achievement joins the pitchfork mob telling Ghost games to make changes. [/rant]

I've been waiting for Unravel to drop down to $5. Since EA Access costs $5 a month that may be an option.

I am a believer in that EA Access thing on console. All those games free, I've gotten DLC packs out of it for free. You don't have to pay for the sports games every year if you play them just wait 6 months and it'll hit on the vault for $30 a year or less if you buy a code for it from cdkeys.com or somewhere like that.

Dead Space 2 Now in the EA Access Vault

EA Access members have one more in their arsenal thanks to Dead Space 2, the latest addition to the Vault. Due to the game being an Xbox 360 title, it must be played on Xbox One via the backward compatibility program.
