Rules of Engagement
« on: November 15, 2011, 06:36:06 PM »

Since Mahdi founded the Spartan 1 Project back on, he wanted to use our talents, numbers, and influence in the gaming community to make a difference (big or small) in the world we are really live in. Giving back to the world that we all live in is, and should be, a pillar on which any community rests.

In this board, you will find various organizations, events, and general causes that SIP has been involved in with the general gaming community. All of these events have been approved by Staff. Therefore, creating a thread, introducing a topic, casually mentioning a charity, or anything of the sort will require staff approval.

We do not want anyone to feel obligated to contribute to these if they feel uncomfortable or they have reservations on disclosing personal information. That is not our intention. It is merely a way for those who choose to, to do so.

If you have any suggestions or know of any gaming charities that we should take a look at, please feel free to contact your friendly neighborhood moderator.

Lastly, and this should go without saying, but....when participating in these charities, you are a representative of yourself, your families and friends, and this community. Everyone here would expect you to carry yourself in a mature and courteous manner. Otherwise you will make Mahdi  :'( and I will be all  >:(. And then ContactTango will....
