Gaming News and Info

Halo

Halo 5 This week we got our first news of the upcoming content drop for Halo 5: Guardians. Just like last time there will be an assortment of armor, weapon skins and emblems along with two new maps. One additional piece of news is a new armor set called “Achilles” that can only be earned through completing all kill commendations for your Spartan Company. It’s going to be a long road to get there, but we have our own company working towards it. For the full story, and there’s a lot to this one, you can read it all here.

Destiny

Destiny Bungie has come back from winter break to shower us with all of the news of their upcoming content! Not exactly. We will be getting our first Valentine’s Day event called “Crimson Days” which will feature a new PvP mode called Crimson Doubles. The February update will be hitting about the same time, which is February 9th.

If you’re still looking for Destiny news then Iron Banner is coming back this Tuesday. The twist this time is the gametype will be Rift. The items up for grabs are the fusion rifle, scout rifle, chest piece, leg armor and class item. Don’t forget rank 5 packages will award a 310 ghost as well as any item not currently available at 310 or above. Good luck, Guardians.
