Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
Activision showed off some campaign footage of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare at E3. The game is scheduled to come out on November 4th, 2014 to all the major platforms. Here is a video of the campaign demo, courtesy of Activision:
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
At E3 we got another look at the new open-world RPG, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The game revolves around Geralt of Rivia, a legend amongst a group of monster hunters notorious for being killing machines. First, we have The Sword of Destiny trailer for the game featuring backstory and gameplay giving a brief glimpse of the expansive world in the game.
At Microsoft’s E3 press conference, we got to see a game demo featuring gameplay in a small part of the game. The demo involved the activity of hunting, in this case a Griffon. A majority of the visible world within the game is playable area with huge amounts of land to cover. We get to see Geralt in action as he uses his atoned hunting skills as a Witcher to navigate the land, track his prey, and dispatch enemies.
Starting with Forza Motorsport 5, Turn 10 Studios decided to give the fans a nice little treat. One of the most iconic racetracks in racing, the famous over 16 mile long Nürburgring race track is now available for download on your Xbox One. And the best part is, it’s free. But Forza’s big news at E3 was the official demonstration of Forza Horizon 2. The new Forza game is set in Southern Europe with a sandbox style setting. The game uses Forza Motorsport 5’s engine to deliver an immersive experience, with seamless matchmaking, Drivatar, dynamic weather, and a day-night cycle amongst other things.
