This week’s update features lots of pairs. Almost everything in the update is related to another piece of news save for two pieces, which probably makes them a pair. Most of it is about games to come in our future although you can still take advantage of things now with those huge sales this week.
We’ve also got a new feature for the updates that we think you might like, especially since it is community driven.
We took a break last week due to a lack of news, but I’m sure you guys didn’t notice since you were too busy playing Destiny in its unfinished state. This week, we’re back with more news, including Destiny news.
For those of you who missed last week’s mini-update, you can check it out here, because you really need to see those tractors, or try out some of my creations if you own GTA (I’d really appreciate it and there’s incentive down below).
This week’s update is rather short. Not much went on this week other than teases as well as hype for Destiny’s Beta, which is going on right now for PlayStation consoles. If you aren’t prepared for the Beta with a Beta code, I managed to snag last week’s code hidden in the update a nobody claimed if for a week. I’ll be handing that out later to 360 players in need.
Other than that, enjoy what the update has to offer.
Guardians are fighting on Earth and beyond. Join them. Push back the Darkness.
The seventh day of the seventh month, also known as Bungie Day, is always eagerly anticipated by fans of Bungie and their games. This year, Bungie released an accolades trailer advertising the beta for Destiny, which will be available to those on PlayStation and Xbox later this month.
Continuing from the momentum Sony gained from last years presentation, they went even bigger with their stage presence and the offerings they’ll be bringing to gamers later this year and into the next. With the controversy of last year’s Xbox One reveal waning, fans and potential purchasers have good reason to ask and see why a PS4 should find a permanent place in their entertainment center. Sony brought their game(s), and offered plenty of reasons as to why a PlayStation 4 is a prime candidate for any dedicated gamer. Plenty of announcements to ogle at, so without further ado, here’s what they brought to E3!
This darkness found us… and that was the end of everything.
That is, until I found you.
Sony’s press conference at E3 led with this new trailer from Destiny, featuring some gameplay (though none in first-person) and your AI companion setting the narrative basis for Bungie’s new franchise.

We must destroy this machine god… and send their souls screaming back to hell.
ATLNinjalo and MrFish let us know yesterday that Bungie released a gameplay trailer showing a Strike mission in an area known as “Devils’ Lair”, a region within Old Russia on Earth. In the video, a team of Guardians secure a way into the Lair by clearing a refinery and defending their AI Ghost against waves of Fallen enemies as he works to disable the security system.
